If you want a break from the Christmas crowds from MK and wanted to have lunch at one of the resorts off the monorail, which one would you choose?

Does it have to be the monorail? I would boat over to WL and have lunch at WCC or Geyser Point or even consider boating over to Ft. W and having QS there and visit the stables. If it has to be the monorail, I would go to Poly.

I'll second Geyser Point. A lovely location alongside the lake. Excellent choices for lunch.

Yeah, I think hitting Wilderness Lodge/Fort Wilderness is the way to do. Whispering Canyon is fun, though it can be a bit chaotic (purposefully). It's a good time though! I haven't eaten at Geyser Point, but it sounds like a good call too.
