Resort Restaurants Where You Can See Fireworks?

Hi all -

We're going in late September. I made the ADR's long ago but of course, as we get closer, DH has some changes and we have one day visiting friends who moved to the area, rather than staying in the parks/resort (which is fine - we're thrilled to get a bonus visit!). So now I'm looking back through the restaurants again, trying to see what can stay and what needs to be changed.

The one question that I can't seem to find the answer to is - which restaurants that are *not* in the parks can you see fireworks from? Specifically, I'm wondering about Cape May and Kona Cafe but I'd like info on any of them. My younger daughter is a bit sensitive to fireworks when she's close to them, but is fine looking at them from a bit further away. We already have reservations at both places.

No and no. Cape May, if it even faces Epcot (I don’t remember but I don’t think it does), is on the first floor. There are trees and buildings between it and World Showcase Lagoon. Kona faces the front of the Polynesian; any windows would look out onto the monorail track.

Wishes: California Grill does, or you can go out on the deck. Some tables in ‘Ohana also face the Magic Kingdom. Or you can go out onto the fourth floor deck at the Contemporary, no dining required.

If you dine at Narcoosies you have the added bonus of the EWP as well as Wishes.

'Ohana does. Kona doesn't, but you can watch the fireworks from the Poly beach if the timing works.

You cannot see the fireworks from Cape May, but it is a short walk from there to the bridge between BC and BW. You can see some of the Illuminations fireworks from that bridge (but that is only half the show, as the globe, fire effects and water effects cannot be seen unless you are in Epcot around the lagoon).
