Resort reservations and MDE?

Ok so bit of a complicated one.

I've got a booking for a week next September for animal kingdom lodge for my partner and I for a week. I've not linked to mde yet but I will. I'm in UK.
If I make a booking for two nights for my parents and his parents as well can I link that to my mde as well so I'm in charge of the booking so can do reservations etc all at once?
Also if I buy Disney tickets off the USA site do they automatically get linked to my mde? Do I have to have a USA address for them to be sent to? As want to buy 1 or 2 day tickets for the parents but want to b able to book fast passes too. Hope this all makes sense! Thanks!

I can't answer all of that but I can tell you that you can certainly add other family members to MDE and manage their reservations/tickets/FP/etc. I do this for my in-laws. You just add them under your family members as people you manage and it will add them to the list of people you can select from.
