Resort Refurbs

We're tentatively planning a WDW trip the week after Thanksgiving 2013. Did the same week in 2011 (stayed at the Poly) and loved it. I'm not sure where we want to stay this time--it may depend on what discounts become available. But I've been thinking about WL, which I believe is finishing up a refurb, or YC, which I've read in a couple of spots is in need of a refurb. I think I also read that the Poly rooms are being refurbished now, although I thought the rumor had been that they were going to tear down the Poly and start from scratch (which would've been a tragic mistake, IMO!). Anyway, does anyone have any info as to what else is on the refurb list in the next year or so? I'm mostly interested in mods or deluxe, although if we stay mod it will almost surely be POFQ or POR , so I guess I'm mostly interested in deluxe.

I've been reading about the Poly refurb on another site (http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/polynesian-refurb.850321/) It looks like a big building-by-building major refurb (but not a tear-down!). I hear that the building permits say the project will finish by the end of 2013, but that the current plans are for the project to be done in super fast time--triple shifts--and to finish by July or August. The talk is that double sinks will be added to bathrooms while also moving around the commode (so new tiling will likely need to happen). Also expected is new paint and carpet in rooms and hallways as well as some new furniture and new linens/bedding. Hopefully they'll brighten up the hallways and rooms--I love the Poly, but wouldn't mind the rooms being a bit lighter.

The issue you may run into at the end of next year is that Poly DVC construction may have begun...not sure about that rumor, but I read that's a possibility. GF DVC construction is still going on, though--not sure if they will finish that by next year and be ready to move on to Poly.
