We have a Joovy Caboose ultralight sit stand (we do have the back seat attachment but never used it) and it is slim so rolls onto the Skyliner. It folds down and takes very little space in the trunk with the canopy removed (came in handy when all flights were cancelled and we had to load it in the back of a rental sedan - 20+ hr drive).we have 2 girls and have gone when they were both under 2 months. Personally, I like either BW or YC/BC as a deluxe resort. You get to walk to 2 parks and you can get back to your room from 3 parks without having to break down the stroller. Skyliner doesn’t work for us since a double stroller still needs to be broken down. Also, you spend more time in Epcot at night and left them enjoy the aquarium in the evening when it is not as crowded.
Once the back rider gets above 50 lbs (age 7) it’s a bit difficult to go uphill but then they can walk most of the time.

Here is a great video on taking Disney transportation with a double stroller (make sure the diaper bag is backpack style and you have a bag to hold all ponchos, cups etc. to be hands free as much as possible:
