I just got quoted a rate of $450 a night at GC and in the mid $300s at the other 2 properties for the end of July. Oh, and that is the AP rate. Is it always this ridiculous or is it just because it is 2 weeks after the 50th??
Any tricks to a better rate?

Thanks-
Donna

Yes - it's always that riiculous in July, I believe!!!! :earboy2:
We stayed at PP almost 4 years ago now and it was over $200 an night in July then with no 50th to deal with. So you have inflation and the celebration added in there. Other than an AP rate - which is usually the best - you can always try one of the travel agencies listed - some of them offer packages that can help the price a bit for on-site stays. Also - if you are military - there are sometimes deals. Usually AP is the way to go, though!

We booked through AAA because it was the same rate as the AP. We're paying about $485 per night for Theme Park view at the GC on 7/25-7/27. There are just no deals out there right now.
