Resort Pool hours

How late do the resort pools stay open? I'm staying at CSR at the end of Jan 09.

The sign states midnight but I've seen people in the pools after that. Security usually doesn't say anything as long as you're quiet.

My family and I just had a Bay Lake View at the Contemporary and when I would look out the window past 1:00 AM I would see people in the pool or hot tub. I believe the sign says since there would be no lifeguards on duty your basically on your own incase something serious happens.
