How far I advance can I book restaurants
It’s been like 9 years since I’ve done park and resort dinning
I guess for something like Ohana you need to be really early day of booking

You can book dining 60 days out.

....and if you're staying at a Disney Resort, you can make your dining reservations for your entire stay (up to 10 nights) starting 60 days before your arrival date.
