Resort parking passes being eliminated

These statements are naive. We have stayed at BLT many times and have watched people pull in and immediate walk to the parks.
Just because they walk straight to the park doesn't mean they aren't staying at BLT.

However, without a doubt, the lot has many more open spaces after MK closing.

That may be and of course we do that when we stay there, but that is only a percentage of the cars and there is a large percentage that are not staying there and park there for the park access. How else do you account for the full lot and then in the early morning (4:00 am) when I get up, the lot is not even 1/2 full?

Same at BWV. I returned a few times at 4-5pm. No up close parking by the tennis courts. Big fenced area for the construction/reno stuff. 10-15 spaces marked for the construction crew. By 10pm after Epcot and DHS closes, parking opens up.

But - they no longer had several of the closest spots reserved for hotel staff. At least it was first come first served.

That said, I never had a problem getting a spot somewhere in the tennis court area parking lot.

I did observe a lot of people moving the plastic barriers and driving in and out of the valet area and the handicapped parking area. I was on ground floor on this end and could see this from my patio. Maybe they'll fill them with water and make them too heavy to just kick aside.
