Resort Only Stay

We have been booked at Riviera for 6/22-30 and now deciding if we will still go and make it a resort only trip or perhaps visit Universal a few days. Should we stay with Riviera or choose another resort? We own at AKL and love it there but planned to try something new this year. We never realized how "new" this trip would be!

Enjoy RIV..i bet it will be very quiet and relaxing! You will have lots of empty rooms since right now, about 30% of the resort is DVC..since they aren’t opening for cash right away, you’ll feel like you have it to yourself!

We are doing VGF from July 3 to 6 and plan to just relax..maybe even resort hop if allowed for a drink,,,even if we have to rely on Uber!

I'm assuming you mean to see the entertainment. Will they have those shows? I mean with groups of people standing around. How big of a group will be allowed?

I doubt the Skyliner will be operational until July 15.

I would stay at RR now. We were not able to get in this past March. Since you have the reservation I'd keep it.

Not a chance they will have street entertainment.
