Resort Modification July 8-12

So I have a resort reservation for July 8-12. I managed to get park passes but I was told a CM would contact me to modify our resort and that we would more than likely be upgraded. I still have not heard anything and it’s 2 weeks away. I have attempted to call about 50 times a day with no luck getting through. Anyone else have a similar experience and what was the outcome?

All I can say is that my wife had to hit redial over 200 times to finally get through yesterday (seriously). So you might have to just keep trying.
