WHAT??? I order premium magicbands pre-Covid. My order was processed, cancelled, and refunded. I've been trying to reorder our magicbands for our August trip on My Disney Experience, but it says order is being processed. Um, what order? Plus when I go to look at the bands it just shows grey bands for all of us. I think I'm going to have to call customer service to get some extra pixie dust to solve this dilemma.
