Now, you can get a bit of pre-arrival help by using the WDW-DINE and WDW-PLAY phone numbers. You call those numbers and tell them what meal/activities you want to do and on what dates & times, and they will make the arrangements for you. So, in effect, you have your own pre-arrival
travel agent, so to speak.
