Resort Magic Band Question

I apologize if this isn’t the right place for this, but I leave for my stay at CBR in 4 days and my magic band order still hasn’t shipped yet and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else recently and what they did?

I got my order in well before the cut-off but it’s been sitting in the “awaiting shipment”stage for over a month now. I’ve tried calling several times and each time have been told they can tell my magic bands have been personalized and should ship any day now but there’s not a tracking number they can see yet. However, at this point that seems unlikely to happen right? Is there anything I can do/they can do if I call and ask for something specific?
 
They'll give you the custom ones at check in. Or, if they lost them, they'll give you a gray one. Both have happened to me.

Thank you!! I hope they haven’t lost the custom ones. But it wouldn’t surprise me. I had success with the resort magic bands on my last trip, but the time before that was when this whole premium magic band upgrade rolled out and I ordered something and got gray instead. 🤷🏼‍♀️
