Are the bars open?
if they are do you have to purchase food with a drink?

A lot of bars are closed but some are open. (Like Contemporary’s bar is overflow seating for their QS).
Some restaurants are still closed, but many are open.
All resorts have open pools.

Just read through the Covid information by clicking at the top of Disneyworld.com

Pool areas and while seated dining or drinking are about the only times you can be maskless outside your room.
