Resort Kid's Clubs and Special Diets?

We are in the process of planning our next trip to WDW (yahoo!) and I have been busy this week making dining reservations. My husband and I are thinking about putting our two children in the Never Land Club while we return to the Magic Kingdom to do the grown up rides one night. I have read that they serve a buffet dinner for the kids from 6-8 pm.

Both of our children are gluten free (7 year old daughter with Celiac, 4 year old brother by default). Has anyone ever used any of the kids clubs with children with food allergies? I would appreciate any club review with any food allergies.
