Before I can head to Coronado, I have to get off the bus at MGM. But this might be harder than I thought, because, this little girl (I say about 10) decides she needs to tie her shoes. So guess where she wants to do this little job? Right in front of the bus exit door, were everyone is trying to et off. It seems she just could not make the eight steps to the bench to do this, it had to be right there. Oh, well. What can you do.

I get off the bus at bus stop 2 at the Coronado. This takes me first to a small pool in back part of the resort. But I still have quite a hike in front of me to get up to the main building. Boy, this place is HUGE! When I spoted my first goal area (the main pool) I though it was just around the curve, not that far of a walk. WRONG! The way this place is set up, places look closer than they really are. So if you are ever there, and your feet are sore from walking all day, and the little shuttle car comes by to offer you a ride....TAKE IT! After walking for a good 10 minutes, from the time that I spotted the pyramid, I finally make it to "The Dig Site." This place has a little bit of everything. It has a small kids play area, with swings, slides and lots of sand. You have the pool with its Mayan Pyramid, and slide. It even has a beach vollyball area. Going to sit and rest my feet for awhile. While finding a chair to sit it. I walk by three guys just taking it up and having a swell old time. Then I notice something on one of the guy's head. Guess what it it. ITS A GLASS OF BEER! He's just chatting away like nothing is wrong, and he has this glass of beer of his head. I guess since he could not find a table to put the beer on, he thought his head would do. His friends think its kinda' funny that no one has said anything about it, or at the very least knock it off, as they walk by them. I think that they have alreay had too much to drink, or they have been in the sun to long. But they are having fun and not bothering any one, so I just watch with amusment, and write some more notes for my trip report.

I finally make it to the main building. Looking around the little shop, hoping to find some more CMs to trade with. Don't worry, I do. Then I spot it. The Haunted Mansion Clue game, that I have been looking for. But I just can't see spenidng $40 for a board game. I am hoping that I will be able to find it cheaper some where. My fingers are crossed!

I noticed something new while ging to the resorts. Or at least its new to me. They have little charm braclet centers. Called make your own jewlery. You can buy a braclet, necklace or a small purse, and but little charms on it. The charms looke really nice, and run $3 each, I might buy me a few before this trip is over. But the braclet and necklace that they would like you to buy to put the charms on, are just pieces of junk. I think that they will fall apart before your trip is over, if you were to buy them. So go head and buy the charms and get your self a good chain to put them on, if this is something that you would like to do. I think that is what I will be doing.

Well, I tried to make it to the Caribbean Beach resort, but I couldn't find the right bus. And it didn't help that the transportation info desk, had no body there to ask. But I did find the bus to the hotel that we will be having dinner at, Old Key West resort, so I go ahead and head there. I will either save Caribbean for another trip, or who knows maybe I will be able to see it on this trip. The trip is still young!

***Go ahead and move on to part 3***
