Resort Help

I am possibly going to be adding 8 more people to my December reservation. I have to have special accommodations because my mom needs a Handicapped Accessible room with the roll-in shower, so I am not sure what to do with these 8. Me, DH, and Mom are booked at the All Star Music Family Suites.

Please give me some advice, I have never gone with that many people at one time. My dates are NOT flexible.

Would the Grand Gathering people at Disney be able to help you?
(I've not used them, but it sounds like you'd qualify.)

Probably, but I wasn't sure what other options I have. The 2 other families probably have a more strict budget than I do, so I have to take that into consideration.

Yes, but from what I am understanding, there isn't a whole lot they can do for me, except try to keep us close together at the resort.

I am going to call them in the morning and ask.
