Resort for One Night

Which resort would you pick for one night? We are staying at WL for 5 nights and AKL savannah view for 5 nights. But after seeing flight schedules I will need one more night separately, after our cruise. This will be a non-park day, so it should have a great pool and maybe a character dining experience or some other fun activities... and I don't want it to be a "let down" on the last night of our trip, after coming from the deluxes. What would your choice be and why?

Given the criteria listed, this is exactly what I was going to suggest.

Beach Club is great also because it's all in one building. Since you're there for only 1 night, you won't want to be traipsing around a 3 mile resort. Other good choices are Boardwalk, and any monorail resort.

But my vote goes to BC.
