Resort fee at POP?

I saw a posting elsewhere about an $8 resort fee at WDW. That was the first I'd read about anything of the sort. Is there such a thing at POP? Is it included in the rates we're quoted on the phone, or something sprung on us after we check in?

Maybe you saw a post referring to the Swan and Dolphin? Those are the only 2 resorts I know of that have a resort fee-- they're not owned or operated by Disney, even though they're on Disney property.

The resort fee is for Swan and Dolphin, you get the newspaper, high speed internet access and a few toher perks with it.

I saw that post, I think they may have been referring to the charge for valet parking (at the deluxes).
