Resort Entertainment

Can someone give me a list of live music and other types of entertainment at the different resorts? I'm looking for things to do out of the heat and humidity in September during the days on on nights we don't do EMH.

I know that at the GF on the second floor they have a live band, we love to go up there and have a cocktail and sit and listen, especially in Dec for Xmas carols.

The Poly had a "Don Ho" type singer on the second floor, sometime around 6ish-7ish...he was incredible.

We just got back from a split stay at CBR and AKL. CBR had great music throughout and once we saw some CM dancing and getting people to do limbo, but it didnt seem that great. AKL also had constant cool music and we saw lots of times CM playing drums and dancing and having people join them-this was alot of fun! The animal viewings at AKL were entertaining in themselves.

We visited GF at night and there was a live band playing upstairs-they were wonderful and really added to the classic ambiance of the hotel. It even got DBF and I dancing for a bit

I second the singer at the Poly, where we also visited at night. We could hear him in the lounge and he was fantastic!

We visited the Contemporary at night as well and didn't notice any entertainment.

When I tell people about the Poly, how much we love it there, and all the things we love about it , I forget to mention this dude - he is good...

We just got back back from Port Orleans riverside they have an entertainer there Wed through Sat I believe. He plays the piano and harmonica and all kinds of instruments.
