Resort Discounts ?

We are new to DVC and was wondering if we needed to get a room at one of the values is there a discount for DVC memebers (we would be paying cash not trying to use our points.)

There is occasionally a member discount for cash at DVC resorts, but never at other resorts.

Now DVC members save $149 on an annual pass, and there are usually good AP discounts...

Recently the discounts for AP, Florida residents, and general public have been about the same. Your best bet is checking "special offers" on the Disney World website to see if your dates are available.

with DVC you do get a discount 20 or 25% but it is just for the DVC resorts and you (DVC member) must be in that room.
