Hi. I need suggestions on where to eat on the day we go to AK.We don't have park hoppers so it would need to be in one of the resorts. It will be me,my mom,DD6,and DD1.I am a fairly picky eater but since we have free dining I don't feel like I have to get my moneys worth and can be a little more adventorous. So far we have 1900 Park Fare,CRT,Le Cellier,CP,and Sci Fi.Thanks for any advice you can give! :wave2:

For a picky eater I would suggest Boma at AKL. There's a lot to choose from on the buffet. Jiko has some items on the menu that are a bit more exotic.

Kona Cafe at the Polynesian is a great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grand Floridian Cafe is another good spot for all three meals.

There are many great choices for dinner in the resorts but many are "signature" restaurants so I think they require two choices or whatever they're called. Are you interested in those? Jiko is one of those I think. Boma is a good choice if you would enjoy a buffet.

Just back and on our day at the AK Friday June 10th we ate at the Rainforest Cafe and really enjoyed it. Ate early, around 11:20 AM and had no reservations and no wait. By the time we finished we heard them telling people 2 hour wait to be seated. Had a very friendly and attentive waiter, great food (too stuffed to try dessert) and the kids loved the thunderstorms and all the fish and animals. We ate under the toadstool.
