Resort Confirmation? Will CRO send a written copy?

Son and family have a reservation for Nov. Should they receive a paper copy confirming this by mail? I remember getting one a few years ago. Thanks!

Yes they will get a paper reservation confirmation in the mail unless they went through a travel agent. If they went through a TA then the TA will get the confirmation.

Every resort reservation I have made I have gotten a confirmation in the mail within a week (and I live in California).
