resort check rate ? change during stay?

Does the rate change throughout a stay ?

ie.
Peak Season: February 17 - April 16


If I check in the Feb 16th, does my rate stay throughtout or does it go up for the days of Feb 17 on ???

Your rate is the one in effect the day you check in. If it is a lower rate on the day you check in that will be the rate for the entire stay.

If it is higher when you check in , many people split their stays so they can take advantage of the lower rates when they change. You would check out then check back in again.

Thanks ! Like DUH !!! I did this my last trip and got a different rate for 2 days. and I checked out and in. It did confuse them too !! My ressies where messed up . But I got my good rates ! I forgot I did that for that very reason LOL !! Thanks for waking me up LOL !!

If it goes the other way, 2 reservations are the way to go. Example - peak season going into regular season. With 1 reservation, you will pay for peak season the entire time.
