What am I doing wrong....when I go to resort check in on the phone app and computer the drop down is blank and doesn't give me any choices. I have never listed any preferences and I thought I would try it on this trip. Do I need to call or am I missing something on the app?
 
Room requests have been missing from online check in for a while now. You will need to contact MS to have any location requests noted on your reservation.
 
I did online check in twice and both times I still ended up at the front desk and they didn't have anything ready for us.

We are going after you and you just reminded me to do it. I didn't have any issues just now.
