Resort Cartoon Loop Channel

This my seem like an extremely trivial thing, but when we last visited Walt Disney World we learned that the time honored tradition of having an in-room hotel channel dedicated to playing classic Disney cartoons on loop had been replaced by newer versions Mickey cartoons made by the creator of Ren & Stimpy. Needless to say these newer versions don't quite live up to their predecessors ( in fact summer downright gross or offensive, but that's not the point)... One of the things my wife and I loved to share with our kids Is these time honored classics. Each time we visit Walt Disney World the kids loved to eat their breakfast early in the morning while watching classic cartoons that were new to them, but nostalgic for me and my wife. Now they seem to be gone… But we have not been back since and wondered if anybody knows what is currently playing in Disney hotel rooms ? I believe they used to show them in the early mornings on loop and in the evenings before playing the Duffy bedtime commercial....thanks!

Last fall, they were still playing the new cartoons. My son loves them.

We loved the new cartoons. So much so that I bought a DVD of them as soon as we got back!

We miss the old channel as well! We found the Mickey Video app for the iPad and stream it to our TV!
