Resort Breakfasts

Hi all,

We are Staying at the Port Orleans FQ.

How feasible is it to plan on having breakfast at Boma at the AKL the day we plan to tour the Animal Kingdom?

How bout the day we plan to tour MGM, not really seeing anywhere IN the park for a nice breakfast.


All suggestions welcome, the amount of knowledge shared here is amazing and oh so welcome.

I know it's not at MGM, but Chef Mickey's rocks! It is only a bus ride away from MGM. I'd go for it!

Breakfast at Boma's would be great for a day at AK. As for a day at MGM, there is a character breakfast at Cape May cafe in the Beach Club and that is only a boat ride from MGM. If you don't want to do a character breakfast try the Yacht Club galley.

Thanks for the suggestions, I really like the idea of going to Cape May breakfast........always up for a boat ride.

Spoodles on the Boardwalk has a great breakfast menu and reasonably priced...it's also only a boat ride from MGM. We love Spoodles for breakfast and go each trip.

Animal Kingdom also has Donald's Breakfastosaurus inside the park.

Another vote for SPOODLES on the boardwalk. Wonderful breakfast pizza/flat bread. All their breakfast foods are really excellent and much better coffee than most. The boardwalk area is so nice and quiet early in the day. Spoodles is a great place to start your Disney day. From there you can either boat or walk to the Studios and Epcot.

Boma is fine for your AK day---
As for the MGM day, Boatwrights at PO is great. Tho we stay at OKW, we always find ourselves at Boatwrights for bkfst at least one morning.

If you'd put this over on he restaurnts boad, there will probably be a lot more response--.

Didn't even think of Boatwrights......thanks so much, will definately add it as an option
