My Best Friend and I are going to Disney - it is her b-day - I have just got confirmation that her daughter and granddaughter will be able to join us for part of the trip.

Her daughter and granddaughter will be landing at MCO at 8:30 p.m. - I am going to have a town car service bring her to the resort. What time do you think that they will arrive at the resort? By 9:30?

I wouldn't say just an hour. They will have to deboard, walk to baggage carousel and retrieve their luggage, walk down to the lower level to be picked up and then it is about 35 minutes to the resort areas.

You can check on the transporation board for some more specific times. Many people post about taking town cars from the airport.

I would say between 9:30 and 9:45 they should arrive at the resort. We have used a car service many times and our driver is always waiting for us in baggage claim and ready to go as soon as we get our luggage. The resorts are about 30 minutes from MCO and there shouldn't be that much traffic at 9:00 pm.
