Resort Advice...

Where would you stay? We would like a 3 bedroom unit, we have 3 small children (5, 2, and 1) plus adults. We will likely not have a car unless we rent one when we get there. So, ease of getting to the parks, amenities on-site for small kids and nice accommodations is what we are looking for. It will be our first visit and planning is getting a little overwhelming! So far, we've looked at Saratoga Springs Treehouses, Old Key West 3 bedroom Villa and Animal Kingdom 3 bedroom villas. Where else should we consider given our circumstances.

Hi it sure can get overwhelming! I might look at Bay Lake Towers because it is closest to the Magic Kingdom and is on the Monorail. That means easy access to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot with your strollers! The three you looked at might not be as easy to get to the parks as you need to ride the bus to every park from those three. Sometimes it is easiest to narrow down if you think about what is most important to you and it sounds like ease of getting to the parks is your first criteria. BLT fits the bill. But if you don't like the theming maybe try the Grand Floridian - again very convenient to the Magic Kingdom and on the monorail. The nice thing about those two resorts is that you'll be able to see fireworks even if the kiddos are in bed asleep!

how much are you spending?

BLT is definitely more expensive than SSR or oKW.

but agree with LisaCM614 figure which park you will spend the most time at - if MK - then BLT or VGF.

3 bedrooms are so expensive - so might look at 2-bedroom plus a studio.

not sure about how many adults are going but as PP says, you might want to check into 2 bedroom at BLT, OKW or AKL (which have good sleeping arrangements in living area)

If the budget allows, consider either VGF or BLT (or even a Poly bungalow might be an excellent choice for convenience).
