Residence Inn Non Refundable?

Am I seeing this right? I can only find non refundable rooms at RI.

You may need to change your search settings. Usually with Marriott property’s. The prepay and save rates are non refundable. For a little bit more money you can get a cancelable reservation.

I'm staying at the Residence Inn ( Convention Center ) and my room is refundable. Booked through Expedia but I'm pretty sure it's the same when booking with them directly. At the time of booking I could select non-refundable for a slightly lower price point but it was not worth the risk or extra insurance costs. In the app or online don't select the prepay and save tab select the 'flexible rate' option.

Actually I double checked the prices and it's a bit more than I can afford. Darn it!
We've decided to not worry about being able to walk to the parks and booked Double Tree Suites. We'll be staying in a 2 room suite.
