Residence Inn Maingate - Deals on Penthouse?

Anyone know of any deals/discounts on the Residence Inn Maingate? We are planning on either staying in the Penthouse or the 2 bedroom suite in October. Thanks for any help!

No, but I'm interested in staying those rooms, too, possibly. IIRC, I saw better prices as we get closer to the dates of travel, but I suppose there's no guarantee rates will get lower, say, in July or August for your trip.

If the rooms aren't filling up, the prices will get better, however, as the rooms fill up, the prices will go up also.
