Reserving future trips while at Disney

Please help me remember something since I can't search back this far...

I'm not sure if I've dreamt this or it really happened. .I'm thinking that people staying at Disney last year during the Free Dining Promotion were given the opportunity to book a vacation for this year. Does anyone remember this or a different version of this? And...please provide details?

you might be thinking of this...people who stayed at disney resort last year between early Nov and late Dec. were able to book a trip for this years free dining from Auigust 5-sept 22. it was called the bounceback promotion
