What's the best way? Online, or phoning in 180 days before?

I did it online...at 6AM

called and talked to a CM at 6am and got all my ADR's including BOG 7:05pm and Tusker House 8:30am. whole process went well

Best way- anyway you can! Try both.

I tried online at 5:00 and it was sold out for 11/1. Called the next day and was able to get 11/8 at 4:40.

11/1 was my exact 180 day mark and it was already booked!

I'm super upset right now! I've been up since 5:45am trying to book dinner ADRs at BOG for November both on-line and via phone, and no dice...and today is our 180 day mark. It's a trip for my parents' 30th anniversary, and they're dying to check it out.

I did mine online at exactly 6am Eastern time... was unable to get BOG for earlier in my trip, but with 180+10 was able to get it at 6:15pm on the last day of our trip.

Are you staying on site so you can use 180+10?

btw, I used the old/UK version of the site. Not sure if the new site has its kinks worked out.

Is it still 6AM eastern for phone? I tried this morning and got a recorded message that the phone lines were automated until 7. Anyone else?

It's 6am eastern for online and 7am for the phones.

Today is our 180 day and DH was trying from 6am EST online with no luck - systems were down, then wouldn't link to our room reservation so no 180+10. He eventually called and got all the ADRs we wanted for our trip, including BOG for 13th November. Agree with pp - try anyway you can!
