Give it until tomorrow. I think they personally review the reservations and confirm. They might. be really busy with this promo and since it is the weekend. If you don't get anything tomorrow, I would call. I have dealt with them 4 times and they are great!

Is anyone else having trouble trying to get their website to display? I keep getting an IE cannot display webpage error.

I'd like to check it out. Hubby doesn't want to bring the Bob Dualie on the plane, but I think a nice double would be great for our trip. I hope that I can reserve one of their strollers.

Personally, knowing the great service we've gotten from Apple in the past (scooter rental), I really had no doubt about the offer. Our friends just returned after also getting a double from Apple and they report they were extremely happy. The stroller was in in excellent condition and was delivered and waiting for them when they checked in.

I too can attest that this deal is definitely not too good to be true. We just returned on the weekend and had a double stroller for 6 days, it was in excellent condition and was waiting for us when we arrived at the resort for check in. I would definitely rent from this company again.

Can anyone say how there "days" work?

We are arriving early afternoon on a friday and leaving early morning the following sat so we dont need on arrival day and departure day but wondering if each day counts or if a day is 24 hours? Hope that makes sense. You cant price out on there site just make a reservation.

It's legit. Apple is one of the only 5 companies that Disney approves for rentals.

I have rented a scooter from them and they were great. My daughter rented the double stroller on their free promo and also had a flawless experience.

I believe you make the payment 3 days before they drop it off. You don't even need a credit card to reserve it and they send you a confirmation receipt.

I booked mine with Apple in February, they just charged my card Match 18 - the reservation is April 18. When I called they told they that they were "now charging stroller rentals". I did give a CC when I booked. Your best bet is probably to call and ask

$31.25 for 6 days were reserved back in early February. My card was just charged on Thursday for the May 8th trip.
