Reservations Question?

So if a week you are trying to book (11 Month) Has the entire week available except 1 day Is that because of a “Walker” or Just bad luck that someone booked that 1 day. The day is not the first day. Just curious... can’t seem to figure out how that happens. Appreciate anyone’s input.

If you are trying to make a reservation starting at the 11 month date and the 11 month date is available but there's a hole midway through the reservation that would mean a room was pulled ahead of the 11 month window. If your reservation is starting prior to the 11 month window and it's just a day in there that's missing then it's just been booked by others before you.

Wow. I was trying to reserve at the 11 month window and there was a hole midway... That is what confused me. So how or who can pull a room ahead of the 11 month window. By the way I really appreciate this information.!

DVCM can take rooms out of service if they are doing renovations, etc. But, it seems that occasionally it shows on the website and the CMs answering phones don’t seem to have good information.

I think it’s a glitch as well sometimes too. Right now, VGF for December 2021 seems to have some weird things happening.

Thanks for all of the info. I thought I understood the system... Which is why the midweek gap was confusing. I was worried something’s might be a little off this year with many banking points and having many points to book.
