Reservations question

So yesterday I booked a room only online because I couldn't get through on the phone to get the discount. I was able to book and all is well. I need to cancel my first reservation and I'm scared. Both in my name.. Am I being silly to worry about the ressie I want to keep?

I would not be super worried as they should each have their own confirmation number which is how they will look them up. You could always just make ure to tell the person on the phone that you have 2 ressies and have them read back to you th one that is still there after they cancel the old one for you.

Now as to getting through to cancel that is lots of frustration. I am tying to that now as i type and have been on hold 20 mins so far. I really wish you could do more on the website.
