I know you can book up to three rooms with a pin code...my question, do the rooms have to be in the same resort?

My employers got a pin code and said they would get me a room too, but they have to have a 2 bedroom suite and I do not need something that big...can they book a room at a DVC resort and me one at say Pop??

thanks

Funny you should post this, as we were discussing it in another thread! I thought I had seen where others were getting them at multiple resorts, but a second person came in and said she spoke with both a CM & a grand gathering rep, and they told her they all had to be in the same resort. I wonder if you were choosing a resort at a lower rate (like a value over a moderate) they would allow it. I'd have your employer call Disney and ask them directly.

When I was booking 3 rooms on 1 pin for a client, I had 2 that were at Club level, and a third that was just a standard room, so I know you can do that (have different levels of rooms at the same resort). If your friends are getting the 2 bdrm, maybe you can just get a standard room for yourself if you can't get something at POP.
