Reservations...Midnight or 7am

Just wondering, when do times begin or online reservations? I've read midnight, 6:30 and 7:00. Staying up late won't kill me, but I'd rather not find out if was for naught if reservations don't start until 7am.

And remember that is 6am EASTERN. Which is even earlier for those of us in the midwest.
