Can I make reservations for Margaritaville in Citywalk? If so, how many days in advance and who should I call?

Thank you so much. :)

You can wait until that day if you wanted...unless you're going at a busy time. There is a reservation booth located in CityWalk across from the theater that can help you or you can call (407)224-2155 directly.

A couple years ago I actually made a reservation about 3 or 4 months in advance. I was surprised they let me do that. I love that place (but then again, I'm a pretty big parrothead). Just call them directly as Metro suggested

Is Margaritaville a good place to eat? I keep seeing people making references to it but what makes it so special that you would make a reservation? Is this one of those places that you don't want to miss while at Universal?

It's a fun place to eat with the live entertainment and the volcano...and of course...the Cheeseburger in Paradise is outstanding!

and don't forget to eat the Volcano Nachos...impossible to eat the Nachos and Burger...Next time DH and I will split the nachos and a Burger! It was sooo good, but as Metro stated alot of it is the atmospere..the stilt walkers come out around 6:30 (6:00 outside)...

We were thinking of going here for the first time. But, do they let you eat there later on - after 6.30 with kids? We were thinking of going around then when US shut?

Yes. Kids are welcome at any time as far as I can tell.

Yes you can cause we have taken our 2 DS's later in the evening around 8 and they seated us .

Yes, it's a nice place to eat. We really loved it, we also do our reservation and got it. :thumbsup2

have a nice day. :)

time was you could just walk in and get a table at most any time of day, but now if you want to eat at Margaritaville you had better make a ressie. :cool1:

The week we were at Universal there was some kind of convention going on at one of the resorts and they were dining at a different restaurant each night. We made ressies for margaritaville at one of the kiosks the day we wanted to dine but when we got to the check in area the people working there said they were not honoring reservations due to the restaurant being booked by the convention. We just booked for the next night and all was fine.

I'd make ressies through Margaritaville themselves due to this happening! They will make ressies 30 days in advance, until 8:45 in the evening...after that it's every man for himself! We made ressies 30 days out last summer, and got seated within 5 minutes. There was a gentleman there with FOTL (room key), and was told it was up to a 2 hour wait. Definitely make ressies, it's a wonderful experience!

love it here but be warned we tried using our room key to enter and was told they dont accept the key on weekends so had to wait in line

saturdays/evening is the only time i make reservations for M'ville.

without a ressie that evening, long wait for a table.
