Reservations for Epcot Candlelight Processional Dining Packages begin 10/14

I logged in at 7:15 and was able to get our preferred time and date. The restaurant wasn't even in our top five, but it's better than nothing. 😂

Does the candlelight dinner package work the same way as other ADRs? If I reserve for four but only two can make it, is that enough to not be charged the $10 no show fee? I know that with regular ADRs, if anyone shows up, there's no fee for the ones who didn't.

I was also hoping for a Via Napoli and haven't seen a single date, time, or party size come available. Mouse Dining only shows one single slot open for it the entire time (November & December).

I don't know if that means Via Napoli was removed from the package, or if they put that one slot out there just so they could advertise it as part of the package options or if they will be loading more availability later.
One person on the thread said that they were able to snag a Via Napoli for December 11th. No one else had any luck. I have a feeling you are correct and the offerings were very limited.

We had a report a year or 2 ago that a restaurant charged them for all the packages, the no show fee was only an option if they would all no show. And we’ve had reports of willingness to adjust. I don’t risk it. If I need to drop the amount of people for a dining package like CP I chat Disney and they can do it.

Does anyone know what all is included in the Teppan Edo meal? The site says most restaurants include entree, dessert and beverage. Since it's one of the pricier meals I didn't know if anything extra was included or if enhancements are included.

DD and I are going on my birthday so decided to splurge for a nicer meal.
We ate there last year. I ordered the shrimp and chicken combo. DH got the steak and shrimp combo. He was able to upgrade to the filet with no extra charge. I would ask before ordering just to confirm. The meal comes with rice, salad, vegetables, noodles and your protein.

Appetizers and sushi are extra charges, not in the package. My confirmation also says lobster entrées are not included.

You can get 1 alcoholic drink with the package per person. And one of the desserts.

I was able to get Via Napoli on dec 21st at 420 for one.

Also I did want to mention that as a regular solo traveller, I had to make about half my ADRs for 2 people. I am logged on at 60 + 10, and there is nothing available for one person. I feel a little bad but otherwise I would not be able to use my dining plan. If I can get the check-in to work on the app, I can usually change it from two people to one at that time.

Honestly maybe the offerings were limited on purpose, to sell slots they wouldn't normally sell out of typically. I was on early and the only options at Le Creperie were 9:10AM and 11:10AM for the morning. Why offer good times at the most popular restaurants as packages that they know will sell out, when they can book those as regular ADRs, and then sell the packages at less desirable times/restaurants because people will settle!

fyi

they tend to start filling in seats after the package line is cleared

going from memory 10-15 min or so, if any seats remain after packages

especially for popular narrators (NPH, john stamps & whoopi - we will miss you this year!) can arrive in package line 45 -30 min early and their is already a snaking line ahead of you
Thank you for sharing your experience. We plan to probably arrive 20-30 minutes ahead but will keep an eye on things. We aren't too concerned with WHERE we sit just so long as we can sit.

That's a thought! I was hoping for La Creperie for lunch time and for the first showing. I saw the 11:10 but it was gone when I clicked on it. I ended up with a 4pm dinner for the 6:45 showing.

I greatly underestimated how stressful this was going to be.

I haven't seen anyone post that they got La Hacienda -- has anyone successfully gotten that one? Or possibly those are dropping late (which I think happened last year)?

I was able to get Via Napoli for party of 6 on the 11th

If it’s any consolation, this is how it’s been for the past few years. I don’t get why they do it this way… there really has to be a better way to save the stress!

I was able to book La Hacienda this morning at around 6:30 am for Nov 30 for a party of 3 (4:45 pm dinner for 8:15 pm show, my first choice) using the link that someone kindly provided in this thread.

La Hacienda was an option when I searched for party of 3. There were 2 4pmish times available.

What time did you get that? Was it right at 6 this morning, or did it show up later?

I'm trying to decide if I should try to stalk the reservations or if I should just move on.
it was about 10 after - looks like my confirmation came through at 6:12am. We had three trying and the other two never could get the site to pull up. I searched Candlelight processional and tapped Reserve dining.
