Reservations disappeared from Disney site!

We made ADR back in February for our upcoming August trip.

I have confirmation numbers for both (Luau & Mama Melrose) but they no longer appear on the Disney site.

And when I "retrieve reservations" it gives me an error message that they are having difficulty retrieving reservations at this time.

Is the Disney site often screwy like this?

Yes, I've had that happen to me before.

To fix it, click "find reservation" and enter one of your reservation numbers (they emailed them to you when you made the reservation if you didn't write it down). Usually, with just one number, it will retrieve all of your reservations.

I tried that, but the only one that shows up is the one I made today! I get the same error message as the OP

Ok - I emailed the CAA rep we booked with.

She called to confirm for me - using my confirmation numbers.

She said what may have happened is that we've changed email providers, and I'm using a different email to look them up, so that's probably why they can't be recalled.
