Reservations Disappeared from DCL account

This morning when I logged into my app to look at the two reservations I booked last night, 5 of my 6 future cruise reservations were missing! The only one showing in my app was the one I booked last, last night. I switched to a browser and pulled up my account from the website and it is the same there. I only show 1 reservation, and 5 are missing. Logic tells me it’s some sort of glitch that will likely right itself, but planning my future cruises is my full time coping mechanism for covid and I can’t help but feel a bit panicky. Anyone else have this happen?

When are these future cruises? If they're later this summer, DCL is probably about to cancel the cruises. Otherwise, I would assume it's a glitch and call in if clearing your browser & cache doesn't solve the problem.

Not this summer, they’re from November 2021 through September 2022 including my Wish sailing :guilty:

I did clear everything, going to give it til afternoon and probably call. I was hoping to hear that everyone else had the same issue today.

I just checked on my app. logged in and everything is there. including our Nov/21 cruise.
It's a glitch on your app... Delete the app, do a reboot on your phone and re-install it.
 

Posting my resolution just in case it helps anyone else in the future. Only 1 of my 6 cruises showed in my account today, both app and desktop version. This was not resolved by deleting the app, clearing cache and history, switching browsers and devices, etc. When I called DCL could thankfully see all 6. They had me manually “add a reservation” for each of the missing 5 in my app by entering the reservation number and some other details for each. It was a bit tedious but it worked. All 6 of my cruise reservations are again visible in my account. Phew!
