Sadly, we had to cancel our trip to Disney yesterday (12/2). I cancelled a Liberty Tree Tavern for 10 December at 5:30 (MVMCP Night) and LeCellier for 5:30 on 9 December. They were for two people.

Thank you so much for posting your cancellations. I just called and was able to move our 6:50 PS for the LTT on DEC 10 to 5:30. This was the time we had originally tried for but they were all gone. My 13 yr old DD and I will be there that night for MVMCP and are counting down the days!

So sorry you had to cancel and hope you can make new PS's soon!

JoEllen - I'm so glad the reservations helped - enjoy! Enjoy the party for me - I am sad to be missing it.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel because of work. We did reschedule for late January but will miss all the Christmas stuff...... My husband told me Disney will always be there so I hope next year to go back at Christmas. We also will miss out staying at the AKL - we had been upgraded from CBR. That really upsets me!

I'm sorry you had to cancel your trip. We had to cancel our November trip so I know exactly how you feel.

Just remember, everything happens for a reason. You'll probably have something really special happen when you go next year. I

n our case, we rebooked for February 11-19. I just discovered NASCAR this past summer and have become a huge fan! I found out the Daytona 500 is on the 16th, checked the website and was able to get tickets!!! I'm soooo excited. My very first Winston Cup Series race! My husband is beside himself. He's always wanted to go to the Daytona 500, and can't believe we'll actually be there!

So, try to keep your spirits up. Good things come to those who wait. You'll have a much better trip next year!

Hi Carole - I am sorry you had to postpone your trip. Have you priced the AKL with the new codes that are out? You may get a great rate. Also, think of it this way. When the holidays are over you will still have your trip to look forward to. I hope that you have a magical, extra special time on your trip. Sherry

Thanks for all the nice replies! I had the rate of $109 for AKL with a savanah room - the lowest I have seen are above $150. I'll keep watching rates, listening to my Candlelight Processional CDand looking at my Mickey Snow Globe on my desk at work.

We too are "CBR refugees" and have the same awesome rate at AKL....wouldn't be staying there without that rate...
