Reservations at the Swan & Dolphin

Can I make 2 room reservations for the same days at the Swan with the teacher's discount?

My suggestion would be to book one room with the teacher's discount and then add the second room with the Stay Connected rate. The Stay Connected rate is VERY low and you'd save a lot more over booking two rooms with the teacher rate Here's the info about it:

No problem! We just stayed there the last week of June, and got a GREAT rate using this method. We wanted a 2 bedroom grand suite, but were told we could book a 1 bedroom grand suite with the teacher rate and then add a second room with the Stay Connected rate. The rack rate for the 2 bedroom suite would've been a little over $13,000 and we paid a little over $4,000 for the week!!

We have booked both the Swan and Dolphin numerous times using the teachers' rate. We have always booked two rooms. I was told we were allowed to book up to three rooms.

I noticed the stay connected offer was only valid until 12/31. Is this something they offer every year?

I've only been watching the Swan and Dolphin for 2 years, but yes it's been available both years. We actually booked our trip for this past June on January 1 and the Stay Connected rate was available, so it must roll over to the next year on Jan 1?
