Not until much, much closer to opening day.
Too many things could delay the opening at this point. 'Supposed to be' is the key. Construction delays, rotten weather, staffing problems, equipment issues, decor issues, any number of things could change their projected date. Since this venue is going to be doing some new things, operationally speaking - conversion of areas from CS to TS, for example - I am sure there is even more flex in their opening. If I was project manager, I'd be focusing on getting that CS open again, and being more cautious with the TS segment.
They don't want to have to cancel/reschedule two weeks' worth of ADRs if something happens to delay the opening.
When T-Rex opened, there was a similar issue - people anxious to book ADRs but no ability to do so or word from the Mouse as to when the opportunity would open up.
