My kids want to eat at Mythos on our upcoming trip. It's in September, and the parks close around 6 if I remember correctly.

Does anyone know what the last possible reservation would be allowed? I'm assuming Mythos closes when IOA does?

Thanks!

I've been during off season and they close somewhat earlier than park closing. i want to say like 3 or 4, but I can't remember for sure.

So no actual dinner during the off season? Too bad, I'm not sure I want to take a couple of hours out for lunch in an already shortened day...

They usually close around 3:00 when heh park closes that early. Their menu is the same for lunch and dinner,

It shouldn't take mor than an hour, at that. I usually get there right aroun 11 when they open (of coruse I usually don't eat breakfast either, or something small if I do, like a Cinnabon roll), and I'm out in 30 to 45 minutes.

In September's heat, it's a welcome break too! Mythos is over-airconditioned and a nice escape from the sun.

Thanks everyone! We'll probably opt for an early lunch. They really want to eat there as they've been perusing Mythos pix on the dis for days now!:lmao:

I'm with you on that! If Universal closes at 6 or 7, I will always eat outside of the parks after closing.

That said, with low September crowds, you'll probably get to do everything you want and still have plenty of time for lunch at Mythos, early or otherwise -- and as others have pointed out, it's a good break from the midday heat that's still in full force that time of year.
