Reservation Wanted: looking for a jan villa reservation

Hi! We are looking for a reservation anytime available in january. Thinking a sun-fri stay (guessing we would need 60-65 points since we just need a villa). I have a budget of $8.00pp and prefer boardwalk the first week of jan, but we are flexible to availability.
