Reservation Wanted for Disneyland

We are looking for a reservation for Disneyland in October from the 8-13. Not sure how many points it would take, would like to stay at Grand Calif.

If you want to go to Disneyland you might be further ahead to just wait for one of specials they usually have in the fall, something like stay 3 nights get the 4th for free, etc. The DVC property that they are bldg. at Grand Californian is not supposed to be open until late Nov. or Dec. last i heard. The rooms at the Disneyland Hotels usually cost more pts per night than those at the DVC properties at WDW because they are hotel rooms. We went in the fall a couple of years ago and it actually was cheaper for us to take advantage of the special they were running at the time than it was for us to use our pts. and that was at our cost, not at the price we would pay if we were renting them from someone else.
