Reservation Wanted, BLT, BWV, BCV June 2010

I am looking for a DVC member whose home resort is one listed above. I have a party of 11 (4 adults and 7 kids) I will need at least 240 points and would like to pay $9.00 pp. June 6th-11th 2010

If you would be interesting in setting something up please PM so we can confirm our arrangement. I would like to make the reservation July 6th so we have the best chances to get the room(s) we need.

I am an early planner and want to make sure our family vacation is great.

That would be great. Have you rented before? How do you want to handle to transaction as far as payment arrangements? I would need the name(s) of the DVC owners for my records. When will you know which dates and rooms are available?

Just a heads up that a DVC member wouldn't be able to check dates or make a reservation for you until July 2009.

Hi,
This is our first time renting points because we have always used them ourselves, but with two kids in college, this is no longer possible. (ALAS!) I have just recently subscribed to this forum, so I cannot private message yet, and cannot include my email. I do not think I can check availability until June, but I will call DVC Monday to double check. We have a PayPal account for payment purposes. My husband and I are the owners (for ten years) - Michael and June Eressy, Worcester, Massachusetts. Let us know if you want to pursue the rental - I am willing to wait, as the $ is just going for tuitions anyway.
